A year after the bankruptcy of U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers to raise the German banks are entitled to 50 billion U.S. dollars from the bankruptcy estate.
This follows from statements of the servicer, as the “Handelsblatt” reported on Wednesday. The demands for the equivalent of 34 billion euros represent not only the German banks, but also the Association of German Banks (BdB) and the Bundesbank. This amount is proud but not flow well, but only a fraction of them.
Experts propose that the sum is misleading, and only a theoretical size.
